The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small apartment complex on a quiet street near Cal Ave. Some statistics:

• 2 blocks from California Ave
• 5 minutes walking to California Ave Caltrain station
• 5-10 minutes biking to Stanford
• 7-10 minutes drive to 101, 280 and downtown Palo Alto
• 10-12 minutes drive to Trader Joe's and Safeway's (there are 3 Trader Joe's and 3 Safeway's within that range)

Room size:

Sizable at 15.5' by 12', and is the larger of the 2 rooms. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living area (which is currently empty! plenty of space for additional furniture). The apartment complex (5 APTs) shares an on-premise washer and dryer.

The room will be unfurnished. Unfortunately, the landlady does not allow pets.

Roommate:

Roommate is a software engineer in his mid-20s. Easy-going, quiet and clean. Would prefer a male housemate, and a professional or student with a similar profile
