1300/month or 3600/3months for Summer in Quiet, Private EV Studio

On campus studio (44 Olmsted Rd, Stanford CA) available for Mid June - Mid September. Dates can be flexible.

Great location: less than 5 min bike ride to Cal Train station or grocery and shopping on Cal Ave, and 10 min to center of campus.

The studio comes furnished with basic furniture including extra long full sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, TV, and laundry room access. Here is the floor plan:

Rate is 1300/month. If you sublease for the entire 3 months, I'll cut it to $3600 for the entire period. Regardless of length of stay, half of entire rent is due prior to sublease.
Deposit is $400, will be returned promptly so long as studio is returned in good condition.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
