Furnished room with private bathroom and balcony. For short term rental in private home in Palo Alto, 3 months lease and after that month to month (6 months ok).

Price $1300 a month and deposit $300.
Available from April 11th 2016.

The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed,desk, microwave, fridge. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. Laundry is avalible. The room is upstairs with nice balcony , looking into the backyard.
No access to the kitchen and no cooking allowed, except for mickrowave and coffemaker.
Independant access from backyard, but no access to the main house

One mile to Stanford University (15 min, easy bike ride to Main Quad).
7 min walking distance to caltrain - California Ave station.
5 min walking distance to Stanford free shuttle ( connections to Stanford, Down Town Palo Alto, San Antonio Shopping Center) .
7min Walk to California Ave. (many restaurants, Molli Stone Market).
San Antonio Shopping Center is easily accessible via public transportation or bike. (2.2 miles distance)
Convenient freeway access (101 and 280).
We are couple in our 50, easy going, 2 dogs and a cat in the house. Dogs are often in the front yard so you have to be occasionally in contact with them.
