$1300 Room Available College Terrace (palo alto)

My roommate and I both live in a charming, 2 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors and lots of light. I am currently planning on moving to San Francisco and would like to find someone to take my spot so that my roommate can continue to live here.

About the place:
This is the perfect location if you are a grad student at Stanford, or working nearby. The room is facing the backyard and has two closets. The bathroom is shared with the other room. The apartment is located on the second floor. I have a mattress already that I can leave behind if it's helpful for you. There is on-site free-to-use laundry machines and driers. There is also a small backyard, ideal to store bicycles, and a garage for extra storage.

About him:
My roommate and I currently work for the same company as software engineers. We both attended Stanford and found work in Palo Alto after graduating. He is generally pretty busy with work, but in his spare time he enjoys doing woodwork in the garage, playing the guitar (he's amazing by the way), studying math related stuff (he's quite the intellectual), or doing random projects around the house. Also, his barbecue is amazing.

About you:
First and foremost, you should be clean, organized, and mindful of common areas. Ideally, you are also a recent grad or still studying at Stanford, you have your head in the right place (no hard drugs or heavy drinking), and you're a chill person to hang out with. In addition, the apartments doesn't allow pets, and please, no couples (although you are more than welcome to have your significant other here).

Rent & Utilities:
Our current rent is split to $1100 / person. However, we assume that our landlord will raise our rent to about $1400 / person. Please make sure you are able to afford it if you intend on living here.

In addition, we also currently pay $50 in cable, and about $70 in electricity and gas. As such, you'd be responsible for about $60 in bills per month.
