1325, Redwood City Estate, Two separate rooms available, furnished, 6b

We have two really nice rooms opening up in our house, shared full bath. Weekly maid included in rent. The rooms are large, with closet and optional bed in one along with dresser in the other. Move in date flexible, but preferably December 1st.

The house had a theater room, large minibar, and view of the Emerald Hills. The limited pictures do not do this place justice. You will need a car to live here. This luxurious home includes a well-endowed kitchen (two dish washers, two ovens, bread warmer, etc...), dining and entertainment rooms. The house includes all kinds of nice touches ranging from fruit trees to a wine cellar. There is also plenty of parking and a two car lofted garage. It takes about 15 mins to get to Stanford or Page Mill in Palo Alto by car.

Your would-be roommates are all good friends (four males, one female, all ~25) who work for tech companies in the valley. You will have tons of private space, but a good community. During the weeks we are very focused on work and the home is pretty quiet, but when the weekend comes around we split our time exploring the area and having fun in SF. We are an outdoorsy/athletic crew, so rock-climbers, skiers, hikers, soccer/basketball players woud fit in well!

Terms: $1325/mo or $1400/mo (depending on the room) + utilities (split evenly with everybody), around $100/month. Rent is month to month. Will need to put down a security deposit (~one month rent).
