$1340 - Looking for chill roommate(s) for luxury 2b/2b in Santa Clara

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate or roommates to share a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Santa Clara.

We currently live with another couple, and it has worked out well, but they recently bought a place and are moving out around the end of November. We need somebody to continue the lease with, which ends September 17, 2015.

About us

We are both Asian-American and in our mid 20s. I work in engineering, and he is a student and part-time intern. We like to cook and bake, watch movies and TV shows, play lots of board/card games, and go on leisurely bike rides around the neighborhood. Our ideal roommate(s) would be working professionals or students around the same age as us, and it would be awesome if you liked board games also.

The Apartment

We currently live at the Bella Vista Apartments in Santa Clara at Tasman Dr and Lick Mill Blvd, near the 49ers stadium, Cisco, Rivermark Plaza (Safeway, restaurants, banks, etc).

  Rent is $2681/mo. + utilities. We are splitting the rent in half, so it would be about $1340 for a single roommate, or $670/person for another couple.
