- Furnished and super cute/quaint. Feels like a cozy little home.
- Heater
- Quiet street in an awesome & safe neighborhood. Parking is a breeze if you have a car.
- One block to 24th St. (Noe Valley's main drag); 2 blocks to Castro St.; 10 min walk to Church St. Lots of transportation nearby.
The Room
- It's the most private in the flat (fully enclosed with a door and everything—my room is a converted living room)
- There's a closet and an alcove for a dresser/desk
- A small bed is available, but feel free to bring your own
The Nitty Gritty
- Rent is $1350/month; utilities included
- Room is available to move in anytime between September 12 - October 1 (prorated rent if move-in before 10/1)
- 2 month lease to start (thru December); totally open to extension
- $500 Deposit
- Guests/friends/significant others are welcome to visit, hang out, stay over etc
- No pets
The Roommate
- I'm a 22 year old gay male, finished my undergrad @ Stanford in June
- Working on the peninsula; I leave early(ish) and come home late
- 420 friendly, easygoing & friendly in general
- Looking for a chill and reliable person to share the place with. No preference for gender, open to pretty much anyone.
