$1350 4th roommate wanted in updated Palo Alto house

We're a group of three working males looking for one additional roommate to join us in an updated 4 bed, 2 bath home in Palo Alto on Otterson Ct.

Private room + shared bathroom. Rent is $1350, plus utilities. Room available immediately.

We're a close group of friends, but most of us didn't know each other before moving in together last year. Ideally, you're interested in hanging out after work and on weekends. Our experience has shown that enjoying each other's company is important in a shared household.

Cooking welcomed, we have a well-stocked kitchen and gas grill out back. Plenty of space in the backyard with a huge deck, and also have converted the garage into an extra hangout space. Washer/dryer in-unit. Dishwasher, gas stovetop, two fridges (one in garage). House is mostly furnished, but there is extra space if you have additional pieces. Unfortunately, pets aren't permitted.

About us:

• Ages 24 to 27, mix of Stanford alumni and startup/tech workers
• Play video games and board games regularly
• Happy hour beers on Fridays/Saturdays
• Occasional concerts (house, indie, soul, prog metal)
• Usually playing music in the house
• We each snowboard... but skiers welcome :)
• Netflix & HBO often
• Various guys in the house lift, play basketball, golf, guitar, etc.
