$1350—August sublet in sunny 4BD, 3BA house close to campus and train

My sunny corner room in our lovely four-bedroom, three-bath house is available for the month of August.

You would be sharing the house with my fantastic roommates, who are graduate students in their late 20s / early 30s.

Our house is just a few blocks from the California Ave Caltrain and a short bike ride to Stanford or to downtown Palo Alto. (Near the intersection of Santa Rita and Alma.) It's bright and cheery and has hardwood floors and a pretty patio for outdoor dining. We have a charcoal grill, a gas grill, good knives and cookware, and most everything else that a cook might desire.

There's a washer and dryer in the house.

My room has a comfortable queen bed, a nice teak desk with an Aeron chair, and a full-size closet.

Dates are somewhat flexible, but I do prefer to find someone for at least three weeks (and ideally four).

Rent is $1350 including utilities, and I will require a $750 security deposit.
