$1350 Room for rent in beautiful Palo Alto room in PRIME location

We are looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible roommate starting on or after March 23rd to join our beautiful group house. We are a fun group of 30-something professionals, a good mix of 3 Stanford postdocs and 2 busy entrepreneurs, 2 women, 3 men. Charming and spacious, lots of sunlight, ideal location (easy ~5 min walk to campus, downtown Palo Alto/University Ave., Caltrain, Whole Foods and Trader Joes), modern kitchen and many cool, collaborative areas to hang out, create or chill.

The enclosed backyard is probably the highlight; perfect for grilling, socializing, working, etc. A balcony upstairs overlooks the courtyard and is great for reading/working. The main floor of the house has 2 dining areas and 2 large living/hang out/work rooms.

Our current roomate worked in Amazonian conservation and is leaving for a job in Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
