About the apartment:
-Located near the intersection of El Camino Real and Ventura Ave in Palo Alto.
-Available starting 5/1/16.
-Available is one bedroom in this 2bd/1ba apartment.
-Lovely remodel: hardwood floors throughout, quartz counter top, gas stove, stainless steel appliances
-Coin-op laundry on-site
-Monthly rent is $2695 (your half is $1347.50) for a 12 month lease. Shorter time is more.
-Deposit is $1000 (your half is $500)
-no utilities included, and run $70-90 extra, depending on usage.
-the available bedroom is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is pretty well furnished but there is still a lot of empty space if you have some stuff.

About me:
-I am a 31 year old female who works at Stanford as a research scientist.
-As a roommate, I am ridiculously clean. I value open communication, honesty, and respect.

About you:
-Postdoc or working professional.
-I get along best with roommates who are sparkling clean and respectful towards me and any of my belongings that we share (furniture, etc)
-Reasonably quiet. Having friends over occasionally is fine, but within moderation. No wild parties or late night noise.
-Responsible and financially sound. Application is subject to credit approval and background check through the main office.
