$1370 room with private bath in Redwood City (available early July)

Hi there!

I'm a female mid-twenties Stanford alum that works in a startup in San Carlos. My current roommate is moving out of town for business school, so I'm in the market for a new roommate for a one-year lease.

The room:

The room is about 15x15, and has enough room for a dresser, desk, nightstand, and queen-sized bed, with plenty more to spare. There's also a large closet with a built-in shelf. The room also comes with a private (though not attached) bathroom that has a full-sized tub.

The apartment:

The apartment itself is huge: probably around 1000 square feet in total, and has a full-sized kitchen with dishwasher, a private balcony, a breakfast area, and two closets: one walk-in, the other a little bit smaller. There's also some additional outdoor storage downstairs. The complex has on-site laundry and a pool, and is close to both 101 and 280 (about 5-10 minutes by car), and is a 10-minute bike ride from the Caltrain station/downtown. It's in a safe area, and features easy street parking. There's high-speed internet, and cable, although I don't own a television and the cable box has been sitting on the living room floor for the past year or so (thanks bundled internet!). Your'e welcome to it if you want it, though! Tenants pay internet and PG&E.

Me:

In my spare time, I do aerial silks, and if I'm at home, I'm probably cooking, or reading/writing in my room. Overall, I'm pretty clean, quiet, and tend to keep to myself, although I do like to be friendly with my roommates.
