About the apartment:
-Two other female grad students live in the apartment. You would share a bathroom with one of them.
-While the bedroom is unfurnished, the kitchen and living room are fully furnished and shared.
-Washer/dryer available in the apartment
-Utilities (water, internet, gas, and electricity) come up to $50 per person
-We have one covered parking space for a car, and many uncovered spots that can be occupied by you/roommates/guests
-Additional covered storage available in our private balcony
-Complex has big pool, hot tub, gym and trash valet
Our lease is up at the end of August. You can sublet May-August. If you choose to remain longer, then resigning the lease with the roommates is an option. We would prefer a female roommate. Please contact me for pictures, more information, and to set up a viewing.
