Large room for rent (10'6'' by 13' 3'') in a 3 bedroom apartment. The rent includes a parking spot. This is a great deal! The rent is cheaper than market rate due to great roommates in the past!

We're holding an open house tomorrow, Thursday, March 9th at 5 pm to 10 pm. Please email with what time range works best for you.

This is a great location, and 5 minutes away from downtown and 2 mins away from Google/Intuit. Laundry on site and there is a large pool. You will have your own parking space that comes with the room.

About your roommates:
1st roommate: Female, early 30s works in tech at large corporation. Works 70+ hours a week and has a hectic schedule. She prioritizes time. Columbia University / University of Chicago alum.
2nd roommate: Female, 20's works in the energy, non-profit space. Enjoys hiking and work-life balance. Berkeley alum.

• Rent amount of $1,005. Excludes utilities of around $100 per month (internet, ConEd). We also would like to get a cleaning lady every 3 months--which would be $50 for each of us
• The process includes there is a $35 application fee that goes toward a credit check. Upon approval, sign the new lease. This apartment is for a long-term stay (e.g. 6 months plus)
• Room available: as early as Friday, March 10, but there is flexiblity
