Uncovered parking within security gates, or covered parking for an additional fee. No additional pets (I have a cat).

Utilities included. Shared local phone and Wifi available, but Cable TV/internet and private phone would be at your own expense. No cleaning service.

I am a female, teacher, saxophone player, have a cat. Looking for someone who is clean, considerate of shared space. Prefer 3 month lease, and month to month after that.
