--The community has very nice landscape with water and fountains. Pool, Gym, Hot Tub and Sauna are available.

--The apartment is ~1100 sqf with carpet covering.

--On-site washing and drying machine.

--Quite new queen sized mattress, lamp, table will be provided in the bedroom and the living room and kitchen is already furnished.

--Plenty of permit parking and visitor parking lots are available in the community.

--A nice park with tennis courts are just 10 min walking from the apartment.

I am a professional researcher working in Stanford. My wife and myself are both vegetarian so we are not heavily using the kitchen. We are both easy-going, neat, quiet and responsible.

Asking for $1400. We will share the utility, electricity and internet cost based on 3 people. Looking for a roommate who is also friendly and quiet. Do not mind if you are smoking as long as you are not smoking in the apartment. No party in the apartment.
You will be in the renter list with signed document with leasing office. The leasing will be terminated at 30 July 2017 with options to renew.
