$1400 - bedroom in 3/2 house in Palo Alto

We have a bedroom available in a 3 bed/ 2 bath house in Palo Alto's Barron Park neighborhood. The move-in date is as early as December 20th, and ideally by January 1st.
The house is spacious, fully furnished, has a nice patio (with BBQ grill), a vegetable garden and a garage. We are a 2–3 mile bike ride away from Stanford, and only a few minutes by bike from Stanford VA.
The room has hardwood floors, built-in shelves, a spacious closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, a desk and a chair (that can be moved if you have your own furniture). The bathroom is shared with one other housemate.
Your housemates would be 2 Stanford postdocs and a professional, as well as one friendly indoor-outdoor cat (sorry, no other pets allowed by the landlord). We're looking for another Stanford postdoc or graduate student who is considerate, friendly and clean. You would be signing a lease until August 1st 2016, with the possibility to extend for another year.
The rent is $1400 + ~$50 for utilities. First month's rent + $1200 deposit will be required at the time of signing the lease.
We really enjoy living here, and would like to find a new housemate who would be a good fit. Please respond with some info about yourself and your availability for visiting the house on or around the weekend of Dec. 19–20th. (We will also consider a short-term rental for the holiday period only, so please let us know if you’re interested in that as well.)
