$1400 furnished bedroom, downtown Redwood City, start Sept 1

Seeking roommate (male or female) starting September 1. The apartment is a spacious 2bd/1ba near downtown Redwood City, very close to Caltrain (12 minute walk), and about 5 miles north of Stanford’s campus. It’s a very walkable, safe, and convenient neighborhood, with lots of trees.

The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished, up to you. There’s a full sized bed available (see photos), and I’m also happy to provide side tables, a lamp, and a desk + chair if you’d like. All the common spaces are fully furnished. Ideally I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and also works a similar schedule.

About the roommates: I’m a 26 y.o. female staff member at Stanford. My partner is a 29 y.o. male, also a staff member at Stanford. We typically wake up early (5:30-6:30am) and go to bed early (9:30-11pm). We also have a 7 y.o. golden retriever mix, who is super chill (never barks or licks people) and loves everyone! We’re laidback, and respectful of common space and roommates’ quiet hours.

Start date: September 1. Prefer at least a 9 month lease.
Rent: $1400 per month + 1/3 utilities (Internet, PG&E, and water & garbage). Deposit is $300.
