1400 Looking for our next Roommate(12 min Biking distance to Stanford)

Hey there potential future roommates! We are renting 5Br house in Palo Alto that's 2 blocks off University. We have two rooms opening up in mid January. We are on the hunt for cool fun and responsible housemate to help maintain a fun and respective house culture!

Location: 5 bedroom ranch house in PA is a quick 12 minute bike ride to stanford, a 10 minute walk to the heart of University Avenue, a 10 minute drive to google, and close to many other startups. We love it for the location. Experience downtown palo alto with a nice walk or quick bike ride without dealing with parking! Close to 101 and El camino.

The House: The house is spacious with lots of natural light. Lots of room to work, hang out, and chill. We also have a nice backyard with space for cookouts and ping pong. It comes furnished with couches and barstools, dining table and other basic stuff.

Washing machine and Dryer in unit. Street parking is readily available, and there are also 3 spots available in the driveway.

The rooms: Two spacious rooms available with big closets and lots of natural light. 3 roommates share a large bathroom with a double vanity with door separating W/C and shower.

Roommates: What we have: so far two very good friends who have known each other for years. One is a entrepreneur with her own online retail business and one works as a Stanford Hospital as a doctor.

We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality and open attitude. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) Also we give bonus points to high achievers :)

Logistics: We prefer long term leases, but we're open to short term leases as well. Rooms range from $1400/month - $1500/month. Furnished or Unfurnished options available. Utilities shared among housemates
