I'm sad to give this room up as I think the apartment is a fantastic space, but I recently moved out to live with the boyfriend. My name is on the lease, and I'm looking for someone to sublease my room from now until ideally the end of the lease (next October). This is a sunny space with a lot of potential, great for anyone looking to sublease and be part of a warm community with the apartment's two current roommates.

Hawthorne Ave. Right off University Ave (it takes 5 minutes to walk to University).

Room/bath:
3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom. Your bedroom has a walk-in closet and a big window. The room is furnished with a full-size Ikea bed and mattress. The two roommates could also be persuaded to do an Ikea run with you, in exchange for savory Swedish meatballs and those delectable cinnamon buns.

An Aussie working for Stanford as a chemistry post-doc. She is a prolific baker and someone new to the Bay Area who is excited to explore California on the weekends.
