I'm looking for a roommate to go in on an INCREDIBLE downtown Menlo Park apartment. I've been looking for a few months for the right place, and this is one of the best I have seen. Kitchen is pristine with granite, gas stove, all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Rent includes your own parking spot, on-site laundry, and access to a shared patio. You can't beat the location. It's in downtown Menlo Park close to restaurants, groceries, farmer's market, and public transportation. Stanford is just 10 minutes away by bike.

About me:
I am a very motivated, clean, and responsible mid-twenties female. My hobbies include cycling, yoga, and I love cooking. I am involved in absolutely no drugs or smoking, and I have no pets (not allowed in the complex).
About you:
My ideal roommate will be a graduate student or young professional (no couples, please). Preferably female. I would prefer someone that I would get along with well and could enjoy a glass of wine with, but who is independent and stays busy.

Rent:
$1400 for long-term stay (6+months)
$1500 for short-term (3-6months)
