$1400 Sharing nice, clean 2BR/2BA apartment in San Carlos

Posting for my roommate since I found my own place:

I have half of my 2br/2br apartment to share at the border of San Carlos and Redwood City with easy access to public transport. Rent is $1400 total, including utilities and internet.
Move-in between February 1 and February 15.

You have your private room and your own bathroom and we share a large living room, the open kitchen and a balcony with a gorgeous view. There are a washer & dryer & dishwasher in the apartment. Your room comes with its own parking space and there is also plenty of street parking available.

I am a consultant, 36 years, male, and love to travel in different countries and enjoy meeting people. As an introvert I need my own time, but I also equally enjoy chatting when running into each other in the kitchen or talking over a glass of wine or tea. I like to keep the place clean, try to be respectful and am easy to get along with.

In my free time I am outdoors as much as possible, hiking in the parks nearby, swimming, exploring the region or heading out with friends. I frequently commute to San Francisco for work.

The location is convenient, safe & quiet. It is a few blocks from Trader Joe's and a 24-hour drugstore. Close to Redwood City Caltrain (10 min by bike). Pets and smoking are not allowed in the complex.
