This is an awesome house in Palo Alto and we're looking for one great (ideally female) roommate to fill the spot!

We are three girls in our 20s looking for a roommate to move into our four bed/two bath house. One of our roommates is moving out to get married, so we're sad to see her go, but excited to meet you! We are all active, love to travel, exercise, and explore the outdoors. We keep pretty busy both during the week and weekends. We are professionals working Monday through Friday so we tend to keep it mellow during the week and like to explore the area/SF on the weekends. We're looking for a new roommate who likes to have fun and is friendly, but is also responsible and clean.

The house is in a great location (quiet neighborhood) with the following:

• large backyard (with a hammock and twinkle lights!)
• very spacious living room and kitchen (granite counter tops and new appliances)
• washer/dryer
• very easy street parking and plenty of storage available in the garage/house
• respectful neighbors

The bedroom (10" x 11 1/2") is available ___ and is the second largest room in the house, and shares a bathroom with two of us girls. In pictures it is the room with white bedding. ($1406)

Lease goes until August 31st with the possibility of renewing again. Utilities are typically about $60-100 per month. Also, an additional $1,250 security deposit will need to be submitted.
