I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in a great location in Sunnyvale.
About me:
- I am a 27-year-old, female working professional.
- I do enjoy going out dancing every now and then, but I never have any parties or anything at home.
- I don't smoke.
- I am not a neat freak, but not dirty.
- I have a 4-year-old, neutered, 70-pound dog. He is super sweet, gentle at heart, well-mannered, and very well-trained. He does not sit or lay on the furniture.
- I am very respectful of other's belongings and space.
- Besides work, I like to exercise, cook, go dancing, hang out with friends, play with Roscoe (my dog), or watch TV at home.
About the apartment (Arbor Terrace Apartments in Sunnyvale ):
- 2 bed/2 bath apartment (Thus, you will have your own bathroom--the bigger one actually.)
- Dog-friendly
- Community pool, jacuzzi hot tub, and gym
- Any maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours (but usually within 24).
- All maintenance requests and rent can be taken care of online.
- Based on my correspondence so far, the staff at this complex has been very nice and helpful!
- Covered, designated parking spot as well as plenty of extra non-designated, non-covered parking.
- Smoke-free
- Awesome location! Less than half a mile from Safeway, Sprouts, 24 hour Fitness, and more major banks and shops. One mile away from Target, downtown Sunnyvale, and the Caltrain Sunnyvale station.
I have lived in Arbor Terrace only for a couple of weeks, and so far I really like this place. I have lived in apartments under this same Equity Apartments company before, and my experience has always been really great! What I would like in a roommate:
- Male or female, no preference
- Young working professional, or in grad school.
- Someone who is clean, but won't kill me for leaving a dish in the sink for a day.
- Cool with the dog.
- Need a place any time soon (you could move in tomorrow or early September for example).
- Welcome to have a dog of your own (...provided the two get along with no issues. FYI...my dog gets along with small or large dogs). There will be an additional $250 on the deposit if you have a dog, and an additional $75 per month per dog for rent.
- Cool with monthly rent of $1408 (not including pet rent if applicable), and a lease that goes through June 6, 2017. The deposit is $300 (not including the deposit pet fee if applicable).
