Full kitchen with a new stove, oven, and refrigerator

Attached garage has plenty of storage and one of the roommates parks his extra car inside, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and along the street, which is free
Nice sized backyard and patio area with some outdoor furniture and a fire pit

Your roommates would be 2 males in their late 20s to early 30s. One is a lawyer and the other works in finance - both around the Palo Alto area. They are both laid back and easy to get along with, respectful of each other's space, and clean up around the common areas. They both cook semi-regularly and will occasionally host small parties for events like holidays utilizing the patio and backyard area.
$1450 per month for rent with a $1500 security deposit
$30-$50 per month for utilities
$20 per month for internet
