I'm looking for a roommate to share a huge gorgeous townhouse. Here are the awesome benefits:

- Bedroom: 14.5 x 12 feet (very spacious)
- Includes your own large bathroom
- The house itself is 1950 square feet (for just two people!)
- Washer / Dryer
- House is clean, airy and full of light coming from skylights from a soaring ceiling
- Your own garage space in a 2-car garage in a quiet cul-de-sac / private driveway
- Yard
- Central heating and modern appliances
- House is fully furnished (not your room although my current roommate is willing to sell her furniture)
- It's right next to Stevens Creek trail if you like to bike / run / rollerblade
- 2 min drive from Castro, close to 85, 101, caltrain and central expressway
- 12 min drive to Google
- Business class internet and cable (HBO + SHO)
- Rent = $1450 / month + utilities
- Lease terms = month to month, although ideally willing to stay a year
- Move-in date = June 8th (potentially flexible)
- Your roommate would be a cool female in her late 20's. I'm hoping for a roommate who is clean, responsible, friendly, fun and preferably female although exceptions could be made.
Unfortunately, no pets / smoking.
