$1458 Beautiful Modern Bedroom in New House + Parking (palo alto)

Seeking female roommate for a beautiful bedroom in a modern, newly-renovated, three-story 4 bed/3.5 bath in the new Monroe Place development, just off of El Camino between Arastradero and San Antonio. I LOVE this place and these roommates, and I am sad to be leaving for a job out of state.

The House: Within a complex built a year ago, the house features an open-plan living area and MASSIVE kitchen. It has a new washer-dryer, dishwasher, plenty of storage, a balcony, a porch, private outdoor space, access to an outdoor BBQ, AC/heat, and a two-car garage. This rental includes one of the two garaged parking spaces. There are also parking spaces for guests. Utilities tend to run from $40-60/month per person.

The Bedroom: It's a modern, lovely room with lots of windows and light. It has ample closet space.
This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person who is extremely clean and organized.

The Roommates: Three women in mid/late 20s -- two recent graduates of the Stanford Teacher Education Program who teach middle school, one recent grad from USC who works in banking. They enjoy being social and spending time together, but also value quiet/private time. They're neat, but not immaculate. They tend to be pretty low-key during the week and will host the occasional party or dinner party on the weekend.

The place is available for move in Friday, Sept. 26. No pets please. We are looking to get another roommate on board and added to the lease (through July 16). Please email if interested.
