This is a fairly new townhouse that before I moved in, nobody has ever lived in here. It has great lighting, nice environment, as you can see in the pictures. All the facilities are pretty new and advanced too, including high speed Internet. Parking is very easy, with garage, guest parking and street parking available. Water, electricity, garbage collection are not included.

The master bedroom will be available on Feb 1st. If you're interested in the other smaller bedroom, also let me know, the price would be $1250.

I'm a girl in my mid 20s, graduated from Stanford in 2014 and now working in a tech startup as the lead designer. I'm looking for roommates, preferably females, and would be willing to share the responsibility to keep the house clean and tidy. No pets. The lease would be 6 months at least.
