$1495 - Room in awesome 5 bedroom house in Menlo Park (ASAP-June 2017)

Hi! I'm leaving an incredible 5 bedroom house in Menlo Park and my room is up for grabs. The house is really great - huge backyard with fruit trees (plums, apples, apricots and a fire pit). We've also got a back porch with a grill and a ping pong table. House is close to 101, 20 minutes biking/10 minutes driving from campus. The room for rent is a large sunny bedroom at the front of the house.

The 4 roommates are friends who all met at Stanford. Some of us have been friends since high school. Everyone works in the area/SF. The house is our home -- we generally share food and most household expenses, hang out often, make dinner, play PS4, play ping-pong, hang out on our patio and grill, make use of our fire-pit etc -- We're really just looking for someone who wants to be friends with the people s/he lives with! :)

Aside from that we're clean and respectful and looking for the same.

Looking to fill the room ASAP or Sep 1st at the latest, preferably with someone who will stay till the current lease ends (July 2017).
