The Situation
We have a room available starting 1/1/2016 (a few days earlier can discussed). The monthly rent will be $1500 and security deposit is one month rent.
The Location
It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1 loft house in a nice, quiet neighborhood near the end of East Evelyn Ave. 4 min drive to Sunnyvale Caltrain station and 5 min away from downtown Sunnyvale, El Camino and Costco. There are many parking spots on the street all the time.
The Bedroom
It’s the master bedroom so it has a private bathroom and a big closet. The room will come unfurnished. It also has a sliding door windows that you can open and close, and a direct exit to the backyard (facing south). The private bathroom is pretty standard, with shower and sink.
The House
As for the rest of the house, there are 2 other smaller bedrooms, sharing one bathroom. There is a large living room and a loft. We have a decent size kitchen with a full size washer/dryer in the garage, nice backyard w/ patio, front yard with a koi fish pond and middle yard. We split utilities (internet, power, water, trash, no tv). It will end up being around $75/person per month.
About Us
We currently have a 26 female and a 27 female. The 26f works at a pharmaceutical company in Santa Clara, and the 27f works at a tech company in Menlo Park. We are fun but respectful of everyone's space. The 26f likes hiking and cooking. The 27f likes to paint and do gardening.
About You
Ideally you'd be in your 20s or early 30s, young professional, male or female, clean, fun, responsible, easy to get along with, and looking for a place for more than 6 months. Okay with extra furniture which we can put in the living room. Would prefer someone who doesn't smoke and doesn't want to throw large parties at the house.

The pictures give you a brief idea of the house. We are doing renovation right now, re-painting the wall, taking out the old carpet and putting on nice hardwood floor for all bedrooms :) It will be slightly different from the pictures when it’s done, but only for the better!
