Hello
My one bedroom apartment will be available for rent on Dec 15th. I
have lived here for 3 years and love it. Pets, including dogs, are ok
with landlord approval. Here are the stats and some old pictures so
there is no landscaping:

Address: 1266 W Bayshore Rd E Palo Alto
Its on the border with Menlo Park in the Willows neighborhood on the
west side of 101. The houses around are single family. It's across
the street from 101 so there is traffic noise but hardly noticeable as
white noise in another wise very quiet neighborhood. It's 3 miles
from campus and it's an easy drive or bike ride. There are also public
and VA buses stops at the main road. There are two strip malls within
walking distance with grocery stores, coffee shop, dry cleaners and
small restaurants.

Apartment: 915 square foot one bedroom apartment
Off street parking with a completely fenced in backyard with fruit
trees and it's safe for dogs.
Large living room with cathedral ceilings with yellow knotty pine,
working fireplace, built in bookcase and ceiling fan.
Kitchen has washer, dryer, dishwasher, full size fridge, gas stove and
breakfast counter that opens into living room.
Bedroom has a large closet and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom has a full tub/ shower combo.
Hallway has a six foot walk in closet.

Rent is $1500, landlord pays water and garbage. The gas and
electricity runs $30-50 depending on season.

Finally yes, the address is E Palo Alto but it's for all practical
purposes in Menlo Park and very affordable.
