About the Apartment

I am looking for a roommate for a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath apartment I am currently renting in San Jose at the Mosaic Apartments complex. The unit is about 1250 sq. ft. and comes with your own bedroom and own bathroom. There is a shared living/dining area and kitchen.

Community amenities include: jacuzzi, pool, gym, on-site leasing office, free garage parking, movie theater, party room with pool table, and business center with free Internet and printer access.

Unit amenities include: washer and dryer in unit, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious living room, and central heating and air conditioning.

Downtown San Jose, downtown Campbell, Santana Row, and Westfield Valley Fair are nearby

The community is located near 280, 87, and 880/17. It's a 15 minute drive away from SJC. The VTA light rail is also on the edge of the property, with the San Jose Diridon Caltrain/Amtrak/ACE station one stop away for getting to work on the peninsula. A bike locker is available as well.

Rent

Rent is $1,515 per month per person, plus utilities + internet. There is also a $250.00 deposit per person. The current lease doesn't end until January 2016.

Move-in is available immediately.

About Me

I am a software designer in my mid-20's. I went to Stanford, and I am now working for a mid-sized software company in downtown Campbell. (Which is close by to the apartment!)

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hanging out in San Francisco, and watching re-runs of Jim pranks on the Office.

About You

You are also a mid-20's professional. You are someone of any gender/sexual orientation/etc. who is clean and enjoys a quieter apartment. You will need to pass a basic screening check by the leasing office, which is like any other apartment application process.
