$1550 1 BR in 2BR/1BA house downtown Palo Alto

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to take over my room starting March 1st.

It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Downtown Palo Alto and you would be sharing with a late twenties Stanford graduate student from the UK.

The location is pretty ideal, especially for Stanford students or scholars: it is a 7 minute bike ride to the main quad, only a couple of blocks away from University Avenue and a 5 minute walk to the Palo Alto caltrain station.

The house is beautiful with hard wooden floors, completely furnished, kitchen fully equipped.
There is a patio behind the house with a fireplace and you can park in the garage or next to the house.
Laundry machine and dryer are available in the basement.
The room comes with a bed and a built-in closet.
The monthly price is USD 1550 which includes all utilities (internet, water, electricity, heating).

We prefer somebody affiliated to Stanford (grad student, postdoc, visiting scholar), who is tidy, respectful of quiet hours and doesn’t bring the party home.
No couples please.
Contract is month to month but we give preference to somebody who can stay at least until the end of June.
