LOCATION: It is a short walk to University Ave. Whole Foods and our delectable farmer's market are a few blocks away. A short walk further takes you to the Town and Country shopping center featuring Trader Joe's, and many stores and restaurants.

TRANSIT: A 10 minute walk gets you to the Palo Alto Transit Center, where you can catch Caltrain, numerous buses, and Stanford's free Marguerite shuttles.

YOUR ROOM: About 300 sq ft of private space, including bedroom, bathroom and a bonus room large enough to be used as a study. Furnished. Large closet with built-in dresser. A bay window with window seat, plus a good size side window, fill the room with bright indirect light. Private bath.

THE REST: You share the large furnished living room and kitchen with two other tenants. The landlords live in the first floor apartment, they are available but not in your face!

The rent(1550$) covers your room and bath, shared living room and kitchen, plus utilities, wireless internet, and storage space in the attic and shared closets. They do not charge for use of the on-site laundry machines. You are welcome to relax on the front porch or the shady bench in front of the house.

No smoking, no pets. Street parking is easy evenings and weekends.
