$1550 Large room, right in downtown Palo Alto available September 1st

Sunny room with hardwood floors and high ceilings available September 1st.

The apartment is 2 blocks from University Ave, 3 blocks from Whole Foods, a 10min walk to Caltrain, and short bike ride to Stanford. Cross streets are Forest and Waverley.

The building has a lovely backyard with small pool, a pool table & piano room, a laundry room, and bike storage room.

Rent is $1550 plus utilities (less than $50). The lease is month-to-month, the deposit is $250. (Of note, it is possible that the rent may be around $20 higher, as we are about to renew the lease with the agency and they tend to increase the rent slightly every year. I will know by the beginning of May.)

The room has direct access to the bathroom through a private door, the bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The size of the room is 11ft x 16ft. In addition, it has a walk-in (or more precisely walk-through) closet area, which has one closet for hanging clothes on one side (the door with the mirror in the picture), and built-in shelves and drawers on the other.

We included pictures of the room when it was furnished (to get a better sense of the size). The picture of the backyard is the view from the bedroom.
