Sunny room, good size (16ftx11ft), with hardwood floors and high ceilings available now. Short term (at least 1-2 months) or long term is possible.

The apartment is 2 blocks from University Ave, 3 blocks from Whole Foods, a 10min walk to Caltrain, and short bike ride to Stanford. Cross streets are Forest and Waverley.

The building has a lovely backyard with small pool, a pool table & piano room, a laundry room, and bike storage room.

Rent is $1550 plus utilities (less than $50). The lease is month-to-month, the deposit is $250.

The room has direct access to the bathroom through a private door, the bathroom is shared with one other roommate (male). The size of the room itself is 11ft x 16ft. In addition, it has a walk-in (or more precisely walk-through) closet area, which has one closet for hanging clothes on one side (the door with the mirror in the picture), and built-in shelves and drawers on the other side.

The room is currently furnished with a twin size bed (and good mattress), armchair and coffee table, small desk, chair, and bookcase.

The picture of the backyard is the view from the bedroom. The room gets a lot of light, but does not get too hot.
