- Second story has carpeted floor with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small shared balcony.
- A connected front and back yard, completely fenced in.
- Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with quick access to Highway 101 and with grocery stores, a library, coffee shops, and parks all within walking distance.
- One roommate has a German Shepherd (~4yrs old, male).
Your Bedroom
- Unfurnished 16X11 ft master bedroom.
- Located downstairs with hardwood floor.
- 16X7 ft private bathroom with his-and-her sinks and several in-built closets
- Available starting October 8th.
The Rent
- $1575+utilities per month.
- One month’s deposit required + $30 buy-in for shared furniture.
The Roommates
- 3 males, 1 female.
- Ages 22-29.
- We work in law, tech, writing, and bio on the Peninsula.
- We're all friends and enjoy board games, lawn games, video games, TV, movies, reading, baking, happy hours, hiking, running, tennis, traveling and making lists.
We're Looking for Someone Who…
- Is cleanly and responsible.
- Is comfortable around dogs. You would be living with the German Shepherd. His name is Siegfried!
- Is just one person. No couples or families please. A dog is great if it gets along with Siegfried.
- Doesn't own a cat, for allergy reasons :(
- Doesn't smoke.
