D: 30, male, intellectual property attorney working in tech. Enjoys the Hardcore History podcast series and multi-hour board games. Only cooks when L is home.

L: 8, male, son of D. Obsessed with Pokemon. Card-carrying member of the San Francisco Zoo and California Academy of Sciences. Stays with his mother in the Richmond four days a week. Experienced with having adult roommates and doesn't bother them.
