About Apartment:

Sublease Time: Prefer 10 months; But can be flexible (3 Months at least, then by month )
Location: 10 mins walk to Caltrain, close to trade joes, whole food, sight glass. . .: )
Space: 2 Br + 1 Ba, and there's a beautiful backyard that we share with super nice neighbors!
Rent: $1600/month, utility is not included. (We will divide it)
Available Date: August 1st 2016
More: there's a Pokemon Gym at home : ) ; actual Pet is not allowed though...
