$1600: A whole house furniture, almost everything you need, REPOST

Hi,

I am a grad student at Stanford and I have been keeping my house furniture in storage for almost 2 years (due to research abroad). I have a lot of furniture in very good condition, most of them from IKEA and some from Sears, all stored in a storage place in Hayward. The rugs, sofa and the chairs are almost spotless. If you are interested, send me an email from the message board here and we can first arrange a visit to check the stuff out. I could drive you myself, or if you are really interested we could directly go with a u-haul truck or zip-van, and I can deliver the furniture to your place. Going to Hayward may seem like a lot, but you can bet no-one will deliver their second-hand furniture to your door, so I think this is a good opportunity for anyone who needs a deal on a long list of barely-used house furniture.

Here is a list of the major items (NOT including the longer list of smaller items, kitchen appliances/utensils/plate sets, etc.) with their "original" prices:

They add up to $2190. I'd prefer to sell all of this as a bundle for $1600. None of these items have been used more than 14 months, and (underlining this again) I could deliver all of them to your place with a truck rental.

I also have a much longer list of small items, utensils, appliances (toaster, hair dryer, plate sets, knife-fork sets, small rugs, slow cooker, waffle-maker, etc.) all of which I purchased myself from Sears and Walmart. I have to finalize the items and come up with an estimate cost after/while visiting the storage to check the items.
