- YOUR ROOM: on the 2ND floor. With a closet, two cabinets, TV, desk, and chair, a single bed. Your own bathroom with bathtub, shower if required (+ $100 rent). You can also use the shower in your roommate's bathroom.
- ALL FACILITIES INCLUDED: be free to share the kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard (1st floor) with your roommate. All the heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, kitchenware are available.
