$1,600
My roommate is moving to New York and I have a spacious room (with a massive walk-in closet) available for $1,600 a month in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment located near the intersection of Taylor and Washington Street in Nob Hill. The building has a gorgeous rooftop, which is an extremely nice place to spend a sunny afternoon with a group of friends. See the attached pictures for the bedroom, walk-in closet, living room, kitchen, and views from the rooftop.
The contract would be month-to-month starting on July 1st but I would prefer a longer commitment. The security deposit would be 1 month's rent ($1,600).
I am looking for a chill, fun, non-smoking, neat, gainfully employed roommate in their 20s. Ideally, someone who enjoys watching TV / sports, going out to brunch / dinner, going out to bars / clubs, doing outdoor activities, etc.
What are the some perks about the apartment and location?
• Convenient location near public transportation. Within two blocks of the 1 / 10 / 12 lines, which run almost 24 hours and can take you downtown and across San Francisco.
• Polk Street is just a 10 minute walk away
• Union Square and the Financial District are just a 10-15 minute walk away
• Laundry and dry cleaning conveniently located within two blocks
• Local and specialty grocery stores within 1-2 blocks. Trader Joes located only 10 minutes walking distance
• Highly rated restaurants such as Venticello, Nob Hill Cafe, and Ala Romana within 1 block
• Spacious kitchen with gas stoves
