One of our roommates is moving out, and we are looking for a new 4th roommate to move in 12/16! We hope you'll be the perfect match for us.
Apartment: The room is unfurnished with hardwood flooring. You'll be sharing a restroom with one other person. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, and we have a washer/dryer in unit! Street parking is available.
About us: We are three girls in our mid-20s who have been living together for 1.5 years. Laura works for a VC firm, Si works for a tech firm, and Laila is a full-time grad student. We all have different schedules, but we like to have fun together like getting dinner or going out together on the weekends.
About you: You are very clean and respectful of the common space - we take turns doing chores each week. You do not bring the party home. We request that sound be kept to a minimal level in your room past 10 PM, although normal noise level in the rest of the house is okay. Overall, you are a fun-loving person who is looking to make 3 new friends and join a comfortable household.
