$1650, Redwood City Estate, Single room own floor, Furnished house 6br

We have a really nice room opening up in our house, own half bath, shared full bath. Weekly Maid included in rent. The room is large, walk in closet, on bottom floor with theater room, the house is excellent. Often throw company holiday parties at the house. Move in Oct 1st or later. The room walks out to the large minibar and views of the hills. The limited pictures don't really do this place justice... You will need a car to live here.

The place is technically in Emerald Hills, not far from Emerald Hills Coffee Roasters. You will need a car to live here.

The room is part of a luxurious home built into the hills west of Silicon Valley and includes a well-appointed kitchen (two dish washers, two ovens, etc), dining and entertainment rooms. The house includes all kinds of nice touches ranging from fruit trees to a wine cellar. There is also plenty of room in our two car lofted garage to store a motorcycle (we have 3!), skis, etc. It takes about ~15 mins to get to Stanford or Page Mill in Palo Alto by car. Emerald Hills area. You will want a car to live here as it's in the hills.

Your would-be roommates are all good friends (males, ~25, one female) who work for tech companies in the valley (shocker!). You will have tons of private space, but a good community. During the weeks we are very focused on work and the home is pretty quiet but when the weekend comes around we split our time exploring the West and having fun in SF. We are an outdoorsy/athletic crew so rock-climbers, skiers, hikers, soccer/basketball players would fit in well!

Terms: $1650/month + utilities(split evenly with everybody), around $100/month. The lease starts 10/1/17 but you could begin to move your stuff in before then if it makes it easier for you. Flexible on the length of time staying, will need to put down a month's rent. Help us find a replacement before leaving.
