I'm Molly and I'm looking for a roommate to occupy the room opening up in my awesome 2br/1bath apartment in the inner richmond. Move-in date 11/1.

THE APARTMENT
This apartment is seriously amazing. The building was built in 1927 and has been beautifully maintained. The apartment is super spacious, with hardwood floors throughout, a huge living room and sizable kitchen with a dedicated dining nook. The available bedroom is 10'x12' with a large closet. The whole place gets tons of natural light. The kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. There's coin-op laundry in the building. The location is great, close to Presidio, GG park, and tons of restaurants and stuff on Clement St., such as Green Apple Books and Clement St. farmers market every Sunday. You'll find easy access to muni lines 1, 1AX, 2, 38, 38BX, 44, 33, and 28, and a Chariot bus route if you use that.

I'm looking for someone friendly and considerate, clean, non-cigarette-smoking, gainfully employed full time (ideally not working from home), laid back and respectful. Liking music is a must, as I am a musician and I practice, write, and record frequently at home. Bonus points if you like to cook! I have no gender preference. If you're good people, open and communicative, we'll get along just fine.

ME
I'm a musician and I work at a music app company writing arrangements of pop songs to go into our apps. I'm friendly, considerate, and very laid back (I'm a native Californian). I like to entertain, having friends over for dinner or the occasional party, but I normally like to keep things low key. As a roommate, I'm super clean, organized, and respectful of the people around me. I spend my non-work time writing music or practicing, hanging out with friends, going to lots of concerts, and exploring San Francisco.
