I bought this bike for my wife, who is 4'11". It's just a tad bit too big for her, so if you're anywhere between 5'1" and 5'8" this should be a great bike for you. I'm 5'9" and ride it no problem. Confident riders under 5' should also be able to ride.
It's a lady's beach cruiser. The brakes are on the pedals, which means that it's an ideal bike if you need to free up your hands for holding carrying stuff. Just yesterday I was needing to meet somebody, so I rode this bike and pushed my other bike using a free hand. Easy to do with a cruiser, hard to do with a bike whose breaks are on the handlebars.
Step through is also a plus.
There's a basket that comes with it, and you can also mount a crate on the back if you like. Let me know, and I can bring you some zip ties if you want to securely attach the basket to the bike. This is my go-to for shopping.
Bike is in great condition. Both tires tubes are brand new.
