I'm a third year anesthesia resident and I'm looking for a roommate! My current roommate is moving out, so the lease would start Apr 1st (negotiable move in date if needed).

The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place in Palo Alto, roughly 3 miles from Stanford (15 min bike ride!). The room will be unfurnished.

• Shared patio with functional BBQ grill
• Storage unit in garage
• Balcony
• Central heating
• Bike storage unit
• Spacious living room
  Rent would be about $1750/month plus half of utilities.

Female preferred. Year long lease preferred.

I'm a female, working resident hours, and would prefer to come home to a quiet place. No crazy parties please. Unfortunately, no pets allowed per the lease.
