- We have a beautiful courtyard, furnished with outdoor seating furniture and a grill
- In house washer and dryer unit
- House is fully furnished

Here's why the room you'd be renting is awesome:
- Huge space, the largest room in the house
- Private entrance to the room and the house
- Lots of closet space, you could fit Kanye West's clothes here
- Sound proof room, so you can turn up music without bothering anyone
- Skylights
- You can also buy the bed, couch and desk from the current tenant at an additional cost

- All of us are young professionals (and one student) and Stanford/Penn/Cal grads
- We all work in the area at tech companies or in finance
- We like to hangout from time to time, grill food and play basketball
