Roommate Wanted for 1 Br/1 Ba in 5 Br/3.5 Ba House in Downtown Palo Alto - 1850$/month

Looking for shared housing in the heart of silicon valley with the awesome people?
We are 5 young professionals (4 guys, 1 girl) in our mid/end twenties, living together in a beautiful spacious house in downtown Palo Alto.
All of us have different international backgrounds and work for tech companies.

Unfortunately, I will have to return to Germany in March. So I am looking for a replacement to rent the master bedroom starting in March through July 2014. Earliest move-in date is March 6th, but we are flexible after that and you won't have to pay full rent for that month of course. The lease ends on July 31st, but there might be the option to continue with a new contract.

You will get the best room in the house (furnished or unfurnished) with your own bathroom (double sink and bath tub!!) and walk-in closet.
Common spaces are a big kitchen, living room and patio. We also have a garage with storage space and a washing machine/dryer. Bars and restaurants as well as the caltrain station are within walking distance. Parking is possible in our driveway plus there is plenty of street parking available.
Rent is 1850$ per month and security deposit 925$. Additional costs for utilities, internet and a cleaning lady who comes once a month range around 150$.

The fun facts: all of the roommates treat each other in a friendly and respectful way. We are looking for someone to hang out with and who wants to be part of a community. Of course everyone has their own schedule and friends as well, but we always enjoy getting together like having house dinners on a regular basis or just sharing a bottle of wine after a long working day.
