Hello:

Current roommate is moving out with his GF, looking for someone equally awesome or better to take his place. One roommate works in tech and another in venture capital. Household age range - 23 and 28, both guys.

Move-in date:
Ideally between August 15 and August 22

Room:
Walk-in closet, french windows, can fit a king bed and desk easily. Great view of the AT&T ball park, the bay bridge and the city. The day view picture is attached -- photo credit - current roommate

Bathroom:
Will share with 1 other roommate (see picture)

Apartment:
Common balcony overlooking the bay and SF. Washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. included in apartment. New kitchen and appliances - apartment complex was built ~2 years ago.

Complex / Amenities:
Includes 24-7 gym, indoor lounge, outdoor grilling, fire-pit, mail room, etc. 5-10 minutes walk to Caltrain, Bart, Safeway. Whole Foods is a 15-20 minute walk. Right by the pier and the ball park.

Ideal Roommate:
Working professional, laid back, cleans up after himself, socially active, and can handle his drink. Ideally looking for guys between 25-30 years old
